All recruits must agree to respect and obey JOC policy:

1. Club Privacy and Copyrights. The JOC is a PRIVATE interactive electronic club.  The JOC site is open to club members only, and following these guidelines makes the club more fun for all members. If you are not a member, please click here.
    
1. What happens in the club will not be disclosed to non-members. Anything that is said in the discussions will not be discussed with non-members.
2. Pics shared by club members and other media such as movie files must not leave The J.O.C. Do not copy the images from this site unless you have a right to do so. Copying images on this site is a violation of the site copyright, and the privacy of club members.
3. Club passwords will not be disclosed to nonmembers.
4. DO NOT contribute pictures or other materials that you do not have the right to copy.  The Jarhead Officer's Club and it's affiliates will not be held liable for damages caused by members that infringe upon the copyrights of others.
5. By sending in pics or other media to The J.O.C you are giving The J.O.C the right to copy  and distribute this media via the WWW.  If you would like to specify that the media you are contributing is only suitable only for Private Members or Major Members we will do our best to honor your request. In general we will not post contributions in Recruit areas of the site. If you see your contribution in a Recruit area and would like it moved/removed let us know ASAP.
6. If you own the copyright to an image on this site that was contributed without your permission, contact jocmaster@thejoc.com immediately and the image will be removed ASAP and the Members Passcode revoked.

1. The J.O.C Buzz Post is intended as a free forum, and will not be moderated because of the nature of the content with the exception of "snuff" material or slanderous, liable remarks (flaming) directed towards the club or it's members.
2. Joking and fun is encouraged, but flame wars or disrespectful personal attacks will not be tolerated, and will be removed from discussion boards if prompted by complaints from other members.
    
3. ShareWeb, Inc./The J.O.C will not be held liable for any damages suffered by club members due to the use of The J.O.C facility, or participation in club events.
    
1. The concept for The Jarhead Officers Club is based on a theme that refers to the haircut made popular by the US Marine corp. The term Jarhead is used to refer to the style and not necessarily to the Marines that wear it.
2. ShareWeb/The J.O.C reserves the right to revoke club membership for any reason.  Members that disrespect club policy or break club guidelines may have their membership revoked without notice, and may be subject to public or private humiliation.
3. The JOC is not affiliated with the US Military or the Department of Defense, and neither the United States Marine Corps , nor any other component of the Department of Defense has endorsed this activity.
